Hate is a really terrible emotion, and there are people out there who only have one reason for living and it is the hate they believe and teach and pass on to their kids.
I feel that if people would take the time to listen and learn about other peoples customs and cultures and faith the world would be a much better place. You don't have to agree with it, but you can walk away more educated and more understanding. Unfortuntaley in every race and faith we have those crazy people in power or who want to be in power, who ruin it for the good decent people. Do I believe that every Muslim in the world is bent on wiping out every Christian and Jew on the planet, No. Do I believe that every person in North Korea is happy to have a crazy man in charge who wants to start a nuclear war, NO. Do I believe that every person In Iran likes their leader and is full of hate for others, NO. Do I believe there are crazy people in every country bent on hate and destruction, Yes...I can say that, I hate who is in power and I can say that I hate what they are doing to their people and to their country. We live in a world that is full of hate, hateful ideas, hateful ways, hateful thoughts and hateful messages. As long as we continue to teach hate, there will always be hate. I am one of those people who likes to ask people where they are from, what is it like where they are from, what is their culture like, etc...I treat all people with respect because that is how I wish to be treated. My father told me once, never judge a person from what they look like on the outside, because you could be passing up the best friend you could ever have on this earth. Very true. Life is just way to short to hate. Even in America we are all so different, people in the south are different from people on the East Coast, people on the West Coast are different than the people on the East coast. People in middle America are different also. That is the beauty of being an American is that we are all so different, but despite the ones that try to ruin it for the rest of us, there are still good decent people and we need to strart raising good decent kids, there is a big shortage of them lately.

By their reputation, by the things they do.
Not the things people say they do, but by what they actually do.
A convicted child molester could be hated
A robber who shot the store clerk.
Or a man who beats his wife.
If a religion tells you to strap on a bomb and kill innocent people that you do not even know. that would be a good reason not to like that religion.

Things/people that we have no direct contact or experience with are the easiest for us to hate.
