Find a myspace profile that you love and copy the code that they have on their page, or click on the myspace editor reference that most premade layouts include on pages that they create. Create Blog has almost 1,000 MySpace layouts. Most are pretty girly/femmy, if you're looking for something else, Free Web Layouts has some good layouts, although not nearly as many.
