I have been fighting with the billing department for a week. I'm desperate!! I'm definetely changing internet companies, but first, I need my money back!

AOL, aaarrrgggghhhh! I went through the same thing years ago. It is very difficult to resolve anything with them. If you try to cancel your service, watch out, they are very rude and ruthless. They'll keep trying to talk you out of it. Figure at least one hour on the phone to cancel. Just hang in there, eventually you'll receive what you want. AOL, the scourge of mankind!

When I dumped AOL last year, they continued to charge my phone bill. Each time I called them and the phone company and the phone company took it off the bill. Two times and that was the end of it, except a few sales calls afterwords.

how did you pay for that?
well i am sure you can get your money back by simplely calling your credit card company

they are not going to give your money back they just taked away i recomend you switch because that happened to me last year.
