By asking them really nicely if you can audition and play an instrument/sing whatever. It is very unlikely you are going to join PCD for slightly obvious reasons.

Uh ... I don't think you can just join, if you could, then don't you think their band would be like 500+ girls? Start your own band, that's way cooler.
