If you are having physical and medical problems because of the size you are, such as rashes, blisters, back pain, and mentally just am tired of sleepless nights because of this then by all means no woman should have to go through that, when it is hot outside you perspire and that causes rawness, as well as pain and the skin underneath to open up and then the pain and stinging is bad along with not being able to find proper clothes that fit because of it, you should see your doctor and he will probably have to see a psychologist just to make sure that you qualify for this to be done for your own mental and physical health. The doctors take into account your size and bone structure etc, and your weight as well, but I had to go through it because it also extended under my arms from drastic weight problems, also I have internal fractures and the back pain was accelerated pain wise not to mention blister rashes and infections. So go through the drill if you feel there is valid reason, and you are sure a reduction would make you feel better or are you hoping with high hopes this will just go away. Put your ducks in a row and decide after you have had some time to consider all the factors.

Yeah you should do something to reduce them. A surgery is very dramatic though. Is it possible that losing some weight average can help? I dont mean to be mean, but 40 DD sounds like really big, and in a health perspective reducing weight can be good.

It's up to you and the surgeon of course. Assuming their is no reason that you cannot have it done and its something you really want then by all means go for it.

Firstly, you should wait until you're 22 (I don't know your age) - and probably it would be better for your health to have something done then to relax your back.

whatever makes you feel best. I'm guessing you have back problems, or at least you will in the future, so a reduction would be in your best interest.
