Almay makes really cool intense I-color kits specifically for certain eye colors. They have eyeshadows for layering, liner, and mascara. But whatever you do, if you're trying to make your eyes pop, then neutral colors (browns and pinks), with black liner and mascara will work best for blue eyes (I have them, too!) :).

Sounds like your eyes are pretty lovely already darling! You can get away with most colours of eyeshadow. Try drawing a line with liquid eyeliner as close to your top lashes as you can. If your eyelashes are very long, it's probably best to go for a volumising mascara, rather than a lengthening one, or you might end up with 'spider eyes'.

yeah. use dark mascara and do the entire top lashes and about 1/4 of the lower lashes. then use a white and silver eyeshadow on the indside corner of your eyes really heavy and then fade it out towards the other end of your eyes. it'll make your eyes look great. if that's understandable.

Well, it appears that you have good basics. I suggest that you use MAC shadows and eyeliners. Try MAC's deep gray or black color shadow and liner. First apply a light pink color shadow on your upper lid all the way to you brow. Then apply the liner and the dark shadow. Try to use the dark shadow in the shapes of < and > on the upper outer corner of your eyes. Good luck!

for blue eyes - use eyeshadows with orangey tones. like browns, golds, coppers. also dont use blue eyeshadow, it will hide your eyes. for eyeliner try a black or dark brown pencil and put a thin line on the top and bottom. or not. just depends on what you like. and try a uplifting mascara . i use covergirl its called proffesinal in black/brown and it has a curved brush. that will make your eyelash have a curl.

Do not use eyeliner. That makes your eyes appear smaller. However, when applying eyemakeup, start darker and work your way up lighter
