Wasim Akram - deifinately.
All those wickets and a test match double-hundred.
Waqar Younis - more interested in beating his team-mates than the opposition.

Waqar Younis was most definitely the better player, and to put it bluntly, anyone who says otherwise is out of their mind.
He was the master of reverse swing, the inventor of the reverse-swinging yorker.
He has the highest strike rate of all time (among bowlers with 200+ wickets).
The reasons for Waqar not being selected as often were the heated contradictions with Wasim.
Some of his achievements that put him FAR ahead of Wasim are;
To date, he is the ONLY bowler to take three consecutive 5 wicket hauls in ODIs.
As mentioned he has the lowest strike rate of the modern era, in fact being the FASTEST to take 50, 300, 350, 400 wickets in both forms of the game.
Futhermore a direct comparisons makes my argument much more obvious,
Waqar having played far less matches, and MANY LESS overs than Wasim picked up 13 five-wicket hauls while Wasim was just 6 five wicket hauls!
Waqars Strike rate is lower... he has better "best bowling performances" in both forms of the game... and the list could go on.
Waqars class can be shown by the fact that while bowling, and playing less matches, he has outperformed Wasim.
Without a shadow of a doubt, Waqar outclasses, outplayed, and outdone his team mate in every sense as a bowler.

Wasim Akram - Waqar was always in his shade and didn't have the control that Wasim did.

waqar always been out of team when he was in the team he made blitzkreig my vote for waqar younis no bowler has strike rate of him his bowling 6 balls 3.5 to 3 runs for wasim akram 6 balls 4.9 runs will go.

Both are legend in their Art........Waqar for fast bowling and Akram for swing the ball in both side....Plz Plz don't compare between these two....both are the unique one for Cricket History.
