i am thinking of buying a used motor home, but i am unsure what things i should check for, also which is the best make and model to purchase, anyone any useful advice please.

well check the engine make sure there is no leaks around the heads check for exhaust leaks check the tires look for retreads make sure all the slid outs work and all glass is good make sure the water and waste water tanks dont leak and i dont know if you want a diesel or a gas or what size you want but the best in my opion are diesel pushers Blue Bird ,prevost , beaver , monaco theses are some of the best but in my opion the best ever maid are the late 80's early to mid 90's BlueBird's theses mite have the old detroits in them but they are still a nice and good used motor home . and still pretty cheap at under $60K and the best size is the 36 to 40 foot .
