It is because of a change in hormones. That messes up all of your other systems. After you have a baby, you get rid of all the extra fluid your body collected during those months of pregnancy. Drooling is just one of the ways you get rid of it. You can also sweat a lot and pee a lot. Your hormones also make your upper sinuses stuffy, which makes you snore. It will go away with time.

Also, try and sleep when the baby sleeps. This will help you get the rest you need so you aren't exhausted all the time. That may help too.

Also, try a humidifier. It could be the time of year. Summer tends to be drier, so your sinuses dry out more, which can make you snore. Use a cool mist humidifier in the room you sleep in. Make sure that other kids, or babies can't reach the cord or play with it. Try taking a nice warm bath or shower before bed. This will help either clear out your sinuses or add moisture to them. You can also try those breath rite strips you can buy at the store. It helps keep your sinuses open while you sleep, allowing for more oxygen intake.

I hope all this helps!! It should get better with time.

Girl, that is because you are so tired. Giving birth alone is exhausting and adding a new baby to the picture makes you even more tired.

that's becauce you did not get enough rest & too tired. Diet might be part of the reason too.

Suggest you to rest more and perhaps you would like to do some exercises & drink more water too.
