Same thing. That's just semantics. It is important only to be your best self. Because even if you are "liked or likeable" and "near perfect" there will always be someone out there who will still despise you.

Being likeable naturally leads to being liked. Whereas simply being liked may not mean that you are especially likeable.

To attempt to answer your question, I personally would prefer to be like able...However, I would prefer to show others how I feel about them...I like myself enough and want others to feel the same about themselves...

hard question, yo have to be like able to be liked so yes it is more important to be like able than liked.
