Well, it depends on what your interests are, clubbing, art, men, music.......
But I woudl suggest London, because that has it all.
I have cousins in S A and they love London.

well..it all depends on how much money is availble and what your personal intrests are...most of your responses favored the UK..but there is a whole other continet (hint hint) waiting for you. i am talking about the USA. specifically California, because it famous,and it's such a culture shock for any culture...it's eclecity makes the state more approcheable and at the same time makes it a bit "weird"...but if u want to find something that you personally love..select a nation that either shares ur belives or totally disagrees with them...it's great to know there are people who share your own idealism,but its even greater to meet people who oppose ur beliefs and see how they have based their judgements and their culture...whereever you decide to go...one thing remains the same,have fun!

UK peeps are kwl, like me!!!! but please don't be put off by fat women woddeling around on the streets. Not everyone in the UK is fat! For sight seeing i suggest, paris, rome, US, ummmmmmmm duno anywhere else really. Oh well good luck and I hope I help!
