Do you have some big boys around. Have them to move him out when he is not around. Then tell him with them present you want your key back. If he gives you any problems. Release the hounds. Drunk or sober he will not want to take that beat down. He will get the hell out of there if he is smart. Then under no conditions do you let him back in or take any of his bulls***.

Either pack up your stuff and get the heck out... or get the locks changed, pack up all HIS stuff and put it on the porch.

Do you live with him or does he live with you? If he lives with you kick his a** out, if you live with him run for the hills.
