I usually buy jeans at Charlotte Rousse, Pacsun and Aeropostale!!! I dont know about flat though.

My suggestion is to go to a large department store like a Macy's and perhaps an Old Navy or a Gap. Try on as many pair as you can. If you find a perfect fit that costs more than you want to or you're able to spend, search for that brand and size on Ebay.

I buy all my jeans on ebay now. I got sooo sick of paying full retail cost for jeans. Now I spend the extra money on my kids, and FUN!

It depends on your style and your age....Abercrombie and Fitch makes nice jeans or ebay. Flats you have to look around... Ebay is great because they have such a variety and pretty good prices
