I shave most of my bikini line and leave a landing strip, but when it starts to grow back itches like mad and sometimes leaves a rash which looks a mess. Should i get it waxed off? Will it do the same thing? I never been waxed before so not used to showing my bits to total strangers. I am natural red head and i would be pretty embarrassed if they "seen" it all before! My bf loves my landing strip. what should i do? x

Waxing is wonderful and feels incredible. However, to have hair waxed it has to be a certain length. Therefor you must let it grow to an inch/inch and 1/2 before it can be waxed, each time. This usually takes almost 2 weeks. So for that 2 weeks, things aren't so pretty and soft. It can also be costly if you're getting a Brazilian. You will have to expose your parts to be waxed. You're usually given a disposable bikini bottom that will cover your clit and opening. If you decide not to wax, use conditioner or a product called "coochy" when shaving. Mens razors tend to work better too.

Just use more shaving cream with a fresh disposable Bic and hot water each time. This works for my wife. I also love the landing strip!

use special hair removal cream or get a professional to do it, but waxing will not make you show your "bits", i think you wear a bikini and they wax off the ones that you can see, hence, the bikini line. waxing will hurt like hell though.

You could try it, or go to the salon. I usually use a hair removing cream, like Nair...it is less painful
