eyeliner. it brings out your eyes more. and wear a dark Grey eye shadow but not too much. we don't wanna look like a prostitute now. so just put it on you bottom half of your eyelid. and try light mascara.

I have green eyes, medium skin tone & brown hair too....i usually wear two different shades of light brown together or a really pale mint green

Use a dark brown or black liner on the inside of your eyelids, then use eyeshadow like gold, purple, green, or pink-these colors look best with green eyes. Then, right below your eyebrows use a really pale yellow or white and blend it in smoothly, it won't look obvious but it will open up your eyes. Curl your eyelashes, then only put mascara on the bottom lashes, and you'll have a cute babydoll summer look. If you do this right, it will look good but not overdone, avoid blues and bright yellows.

Bronze or golds
Not only will these colors look natural, they will also make your eye's pop...
Try a brown mascara as well...
If you want to go plain, then just a little black or brown liner with a light coat of brown mascara

Do you mean eye shadow? I always wear eye liner and mascara. Almay has these kits that are specially coordinated for your eye color (I have one in hazel) and they work great. They even come with mascara and eyeliner.

Apply violet all over lid.
Blend deep jade shade into crease.
Apply light jade on brow bone.
