I shave most of my bikini line and leave a landing strip, but when it starts to grow back itches like mad and sometimes leaves a rash which looks a mess. Should i get it waxed off? Will it do the same thing? I never been waxed before so not used to showing my bits to total strangers. I am natural red head and i would be pretty embarrassed if they "seen" it all before! My bf loves my landing strip. what should i do? x

Yes but make sure the skin has been well cleansed and exfoliated. Cool the area first before waxing as this will help to prevent/reduce rash. Dont use any creams on the skin afterwards either. You'll be fine give it a go!

I would do it if it is that much of a problem but get it done by a professional.I have had friends who do that in salons and I have asked them if it is weird but they treat the customer will dignity and respect.Woman have babies all the time and there are a room of people looking up her Toto so just look at the experiment as practice for when you have a kid.It is no different then being at the gyno. be prepared though it is painful you might want to try sugaring to start before you try the waxing.

Hi i have been waxed a couple of times and it hurts like hell, and you also have the problems of ingrowing hairs which are very painful and ugly to look at. Have you tried veet? Also try applying hair conditioner to pubic hair to soften before shaving.

Go get it done professionally because I think that you will be more embarassed when you have nurses and doctors looking at it instead....
