Yes. It will happen in time. Non frilly skirts will be adopted first. Men used to wear skirts and the fashion will come around again. Skirts are just clothing and that doesn't make you gay so that shouldn't be an issue. Women have already robbed the entire men's wardrobe and have choice so it is only fair to allow the other direction.

Interesting how all the ladies have knee-jerk reactions on this. It would be a large, large step for a man to wear a skirt or a dress, but just how different is that really from what women have done over the past 35 years?
When I grew up, all the girls wore skirts to school - they could be sent home for even wearing culottes. Pants? That was totally boy's wear, though many girls did wear them at home. Women have made an enormous transition in their modes of expression and how they wish to present themselves.
How is it men are so rigidly expected to stay within a tight definition of manliness while women have such a wide range of expression? Who knows the future, but given trends in west and elsewhere, is it so hard to imagine men co-opting women's wear a lot more in the future? One would think women have already paved the way for this.
If some of the women who posted could think beyond their immediate first impressions, perhaps they could imagine a future where their men were able to express as freely as they can, and were freer to be more sensitive and gentle than society today allows for men. Or do they only want men as obnoxious, unemotional, macho bores? Do you want your men in only one flavor?

From today’s cultural standpoint, it sounds pretty nasty. But who knows…someday in the FAR future, it will be acceptable because males are more commonly feminine acting as time progresses. In the meantime, let’s just let the weirdos fantasize about this one…

Call me old fashioned, but I like my husband to look like a man. If I wanted a woman I would have been a lesbian. I know alot of people will get offended by this but......leave the feminine clothes to the females and guys....dress like a man. Unless of course, it's halloween haha.
