Try a store called Rave or Lola, you can get pants under twenty dollars, and summer sales should be going on right now. Don't buy from Wal-mart, they have cheap jeans, but they also fit kind of oddly unless you luck out. Ross or Marshall's are also good stores to try and find those jeans at. Rave would more than likely be inside a local mall.

I don't know what country you are in, but if you're in the UK like me then the best places for teenagers with not so much cash to get up-to-the-mintue fashion like grey skinny jeans are Primark and New Look stores. Hope that helps.

Alot of people would say this is gross, but you can get really neat clothes sometimes (not always) and often really cool retro clothes from....Goodwill. Sometimes they even have brand new clothes with the tags still attached that are donated by stores. Just be smart and if you ever buy anything from there....wash it really good first lol.
