It became popular when VH1 made it their "Artist on the rise" and played it non stop

People didnt really seem to notice the song then the radio started playin it more and on VH1 it played it on Artists You Outta know or on the rise sumthin like that.

It recently was on a TV show as background music, thats why. Same case with Bad Day on American Idol

i hated it the first time i listened to it and the econd and third, and so on, biut after months of hatingnit, i sat down and listened to it and what the song stood for and i realized it'a a good song. i guess pepople just don't take the time to listen. either that or they're following the crowd
