if you're referring to addresses that appear as you type, go to tools, Internet options, clear history...

Uninstall it. Google itself loads incredibly fast, set it as your home page that way there's no lag when you need the internet. You don't really need the google toolbar for much of anything.

you can go to control panel>add remove programs & remove it

or you can go to view>toolbars and uncheck it - that will just make it not show
