Who sings this song?

a girl is singing, its a slow song, and the chorus goes something like " i can't stop the rain from falling, i can't stop my hear from calling" i think its called (away from you) but i cant find it and i dont know who sings it. And its NOT dolly parton.

Ja Rule does sing about the rain. The only other person I can think of is Faith Hill, but her voice is nothing like Dolly Parton.
