Wait for the humidity to drop. You can't possibly be a better person in high humidity. For one thing, nobody will notice that you're a better person because they're all sweaty and smelly and concerned with their own well-being. If you say something nice to them, they'll just look at you and say, "you know, it's not the heat...it's the humidity!!" Who can be a better person when that's the only response you're going to get?!

Now is as good of a time as any.
Depending on where you live you could be waiting a long time for the humidity to drop!!!
