Anybody know the song from which the rap vox in the HH tune: Love and Devotion are sampled from?

Its a great tune with a great sample and I'd love to know where its from! It (might) be Public Enemy... but really, I have no idea....

The Lyrics go something like:

...you wanna calm me, I'll take a whole army

...I'm not a cat but you can call me a tiger (might be mis-heard!)

...cus I'm goin out... Like a maniac!!!
