Ok, since you have fair skin get yourself a light cream bronzer to give yur face a pretty, natural glow. Use nude and browns to make it more natural and subtle. If you dont want to use a cream bronzer then try a light powder bronzer, both are equally great. Then instead of using an eyeliner like you asked, get a thin makeup brush and sweep a bronze shimmery eyeshadow right above the lashes. Then use a lighter bronzer color on the rest of the lid, and a light nude or cream color right underneath the brow. get a brown black or just brown mascara and sweep it across just a few times, don't make it thick. Then if you wear blush, use a shimmery bronze or really light pink and put on the apples of your cheeks. Now for the lips use a gloss instead of a lipstick. Use a clear or any nude shade. The shine and the light color with compliment the rest of the makeup perfectly. If you have any questions or if you want a picture of what the look will look like email me anytime and i will be more than happy to help.

Minerals are the best. Try Everyday Minerals. They are the purest minerals in the market. These are 1/5 of the price of Bre Escentual and do wonders in creating a natural look. As a bonus, the company sends samples for free too.

Use l'oreal infallible foundation, and maybe a powder to finish, but a very light one by physician's formula or neutrogena. Curl your eyelashes and use a clear mascara. No one will be able to tell you are wearing anything.
