like i told you before i let my son go with his father now he doesnt want to come home. i dont know where they live if not i would have gone for him. i cant put kidnap charges becasue its a civil matter his dad got an attorney to take my rights away i have custody of my son cps came to my house and said reason was because my son said that if he came home he was going to kill himself cps found nothing wrong is there anybody out there that knows the law and can give me advice or can any body tell me if my son will come home on his own i know my sons tends to play the victim very well i think hes scared to come home because he knows im going to be upset so i know hes making up these lies can someone please email me at janie.olaque@sbcglobal.net with advice well my son come back to me

Also, your son might need psychiatric help, if he is being fed lies from your ex-husband............

You son is playing you. Back off for awhile and when he realizes that you aren't going to play his games then he will change his toon. Other than you being mad at him are you sure there are no other reasons. why not right him a letter, a nice, calm letter asking him his reasons for not wanting to come home. Also check with CSS and ask to see their documentation. They must have a written report that they took from your child.
