At my job, at one point in time for a team building exercise, we played "nerf dodgeball," in which we paired up with two people. One person was blindfolded with a nerfball gun, while the other one would be the eyes and ears. The couple were tied together at the leg (like a three legged race). The person who wasn't blindfolded would tell the shooter where to aim, when to shoot, when to duck, etc. If you were shot, you were out (obviously) and the last person standing, of course, was the winner. It was pretty fun. You could probably do a variation with kickballs or something.
