Racism, sexism, and religious prosecutions have gone from being owned by the majority to now becoming political vehicles for minorities. As minorities the most expedient way to gain political power it to attack mainstream ideals. Gays attack straight culture, blacks attack white history, atheists attack mainstream religion (i.e. Christianity).
As minorities they believe they have the right to make any claims against anyone else, and should be shielded from any criticism.
(Ths Jessi Jacksons and Al Sharptons all basically say teh same thing: "Don't you dare call ME a racist, I'm a black man in America!")
It all comes down to power and controlling what can be said and not said in public debate.
-or-
On another line of thought: it is just easier for minorities and the media to believe that christian white males are the predominant groups in the country because we cheated and killed out way into power. So instead of thinking logically, it's just easier to shout slogans about racism, religious persecution, and sexism.

Thank you Chris!!! I am from the South and some of the most prejudiced people I know are black. I am so sorry for what happened during the days of slavery, but I'm not responsible for anything that happened prior to 1958 when I was born, ergo I don't owe anybody anything for the sins of my ancestors. The whole war on terrorism is because of the hatred of the Muslim religion(some extremists anyway) against the United States, all other religions have way more rights than Christians do. We are the ones who can't speak our beliefs in public forums like state or fed. govt, public schools, etc. because we might offend someone. And women, well whoever said "hell hath no fury like a woman scorned" knew what they were talking about. There is nothing meaner or more vindictive than a woman.

Anyone may be guilty of racism or sexism: it is not the stronghold of any one person or groups of person.
Found the comment by the person asking not to be labeled a racist interesting. He claims to be a black man in America, as though that precludes him from being racist. The interesting thing is that later in the post he says "we" when speaking of white, Chritian males. Perhaps a typo?

you could tolerate something with out agreeing with it. the position tolerance will change right into a topic is the position compromise is compelled contained in the call of tolerance this is yet another be conscious for accepting mediocrity. each individual is afraid to call a spade a spade so we conform to compromise contained in the call of tolerance and land up accepting a answer it is a options from being the desirable answer. I tolerate that others have ameliorations of reviews, and as long as those reviews do not infringe on my proper to be the desirable i'd properly be then fantastic, yet when i'm compelled to compromise on an inferior answer purely to assuage someone of a diverse opinion then i'm no longer tolerant of that.

I know very well that everything goes both ways. Christans bother atheists, atheists do the same to christians. All the races talk about each other. Etc etc. Dunno why, don't really care why. Its just all ignorance and stupidity in my book.

I agree and thanks, I'm 2/3 of those...I blame the media and ourselves for being too lazy to find truth and not stereotype.
