For a guy, it might be a little big -- if you're muscular then it's not fat, but if you can't see your toes, then it's fat.

The ideal weight depends on your bone structure and ranges from 135-165 pounds.

My son is 15 years old, 5'7" and weights 145 pounds - he plays basketball all the time and eats and eats and eats!!

No. It really depends on your build. But stockier individuals can be 5'6 and 190 without being fat. Do YOU think you're fat? That's what you should be asking
