I had a bad knee injury, just by bending my knees one time. It caused something in my knee bones. According to the chiropractor, and orthopedic i MAY have cartilage damage. Ok, so since February when ifirst had the damage, at times i feel lot of pain, i can't even walk. But other days, i feel fine wwith minimal pain. I haven't done much running or exercise because i feel i could get more damage . but can't i do just light running and still be ok? Is light running bad? should i stop thinking about running, and do other things?

I would recommend asking the orthopedist and having him refer you to a physical therapist who can show you appropriate exercises to strengthen the knee so you have good muscular support prior to undertaking any strenuous activities -- you don't want to re-injure (or worsen) the knee!

dont run too much, it could affect ur knee. but run for a while to help the cartilage build up again.
