does anyone know the name of this game online: its about a 10x10 gameboard, you buy spells with runes, its old

there are four different runes you can pick up, and there are different spell levels, please if anyone knows?

you are a wizard as the main player... There are monsters, ooze, etc as the enemies. Every time you move, they move as well. you can create spells like fireballs, lightning, etc.
