"Furious" is an inappropriate reaction.When you include other people in your plans with your cousin do you let him know? Some people are not mature enough to consider a parent a person. If your cousin can not express his boundaries and desire to hang out with his own age group (assuming) without getting furious what is he going to behave like when he is out in public or private and does not get his way? Stay away from toxicity. Peace.

Why in the hell would you take your mom along? HAHAHAHA i'd be annoyed too. He might not say anything because your familly. But he probably just wants to hang out with you. once again? Why in the hell would you bring your mother????

hint hint. HE invited YOU...not you and your mom. It's kind of rude you know.
I used to have a friend i'd invite to go to the mall with me. And she'd always bring her little sister. And I also had a guy friend we used to go hang out on the pier by the beach or going shopping on melrose he used to have his desperate big brother tag along with us.And that **** was so fuckign annoying. I'd get really pissed. And I would barely say a word. But I didn;t have the balls to saying anything.
what are you afraid of? I mean if you know it gets your cousin furious...why do you continue to do it. Don;t make him feel uncomfortable. Use your head. common sense!!!

Okay is he your blood cousin or cousin by marriage? it depends if he is your blood cousin then he probably feels awkward hanging out with your mom. If he is your cousin by marriage then he might like you as more then a cousin and your mom being there could cause problems in his mind.

Because mostly kids like to do things with people their own age, not with adults.
Nothing wrong with bringing your mom along - but you might find it difficult to make friends.

maybe he wants to spend time with you and has something he wants to discuss with you seperate from your mother - how old are you - how old is he? do you need a chaperone with him?
