It won't get the same mpg now that it got when it was new, so there is only way you can find out for sure, and it's simple.
1. Fill your tank up and reset your trip counter or make a note of your odomoter reading.
2. Drive. A longer distance will give you more accurate results.
3. Fill your tank up again, and divide the number of miles you drove by the number of gallons it took to fill your truck up the second time. The result is your mpg.
Here's an example, if you're really stupid: Assume you drove 200 miles, and when you filled up, it took 12 gallons of gas.
200 / 12 = 16.6 mpg

i have a 1996 blazer pretty much the same you have and it is making 15/23 city/hgwy but to determine your car mpg just fill the tank, reset the trip odo, drive some miles and then fill it again, then divide the number of miles you drove by the amount of gas you put in in your tank the second time you filled it

If you have your owners manual look in there and it should tell you. I had a 1994 4X4 4.2 liter and it got about 16 mpg. if that doesnt help you see if the chevy website could help you at all.

Its easy to figure yourself. You can go buy what its supposed to get per the manufacture, but that depends on the shape of the car. Have you kept it tuned up and oil changed, etc? The easy way to figure it out is to fill up, right down your mileage, amount of gas you put in. At your next fill up, how many miles did you get out of that tank of gas? OR go to the manufacturer's website and ask them.

You can find out precisely by writing down the milage when you fill your tank, and when you fill up again. Subtract the second figure from the first and divide by the amount of gallons you filled up with on the second fill up.
