if it was just a little it will not harm it as long as you didn't run it long. power steering or atf has cleaning agents in it. i use it about 10 min before i change the oil in my race truck. so change the oil and filter and you should be fine.

Drain the oil immediately....DO NOT START THE ENGINE!!!!
Change the oil filter at the same time!!!
Refill it with OIL this time.....start and run the engine just for a couple of minutes.
Drain the OIL AGAIN...and CHANGE THE FILTER AGAIN.
Now refill the engine with the right amount and grade of OIL.
Next time have your oil changed at a Jiffy Lube or similar place.
REMEMBER: Trans Fluid is RED.. Oil is NOT.

Put the correct type of regular oil in your car before it is driven again. I don't know how much you have driven it, but power steering oil isn't made for that kind of abuse. It can allow to much friction and cause your engine to seize.

If you just added 1 quart, it won't kill it. But it's not too good for it.
I reccomend an oil, and filter change.
