No way, unless Michael Jordan comes out of retirement.LOL
Hinrich can't be compared to Billups-he had a ring.
Gordon's not nearly the player Hamilton is.
Same with Nocioni...Prince keeps getting better.
Come on...no comparing Thomas and Rasheed Wallace, who would YOU rather have?
The Bulls are fortunate they are in the East and not the West, I doubt they even make the playoffs in the West. As is, I project them to a 4-5 seed and they will get bounced out of the first round no matter who their opponent is.

Of course they're going to be great! Maybe not the best but they will be great and go to the Finals. I like everything you said about Hinrich and Billups, Gordon and Rip, Nocioni and Prince, and Big Ben but there is something you left out about Tyrus and Wallace. Sheed has a passion for basketball even though it will get him into trouble. If you get Sheed you know he hates the saying there's always next year. If you don't have high expectations don't get Rasheed. Tyrus doesn't have that. Some good, some bad. GO BULLS!

Very close, but maybe in a Few years. The Bulls are too young and their bench isn't even half as good as Detroits bench last season. We dont even know if Tyrus Thomas is the next Sheed or a big bust. Kirk Hinrich is no Chauncey, not even as good as Chris Paul. Gordon is shorter, but Rip has improved his range and lead the league in 3pt FG %, so Gordon does NOT have better range. Nocioni and Prince are similar, but Prince is a much better defender. Ben Wallace will improve their defensive stats, but as a team they will be in playoff seeds 4-7. They won't even come close to 60 wins this season.

Of course Ben will do great as he always does and will be the base of what should be a good defense for the Bulls. At this point I wouldn't compare Thomas to Rasheed, and Rip/Chauncy/Tayshaun are all better than Gordan/Hinrich/Nocioni, but the Bulls seem to be gathering a better team, it would be nice to see them do good next season.

The Pistons would be the last team I would want to compare the Bulls to. The Pistons could not even reach the Finals. I will say the Bulls should be better but I would not have payed a 32 year old 50 million. Especially one that only plays defense.

Anythings possible I suppose but don't put to much of that on the resent acquisition of Big Ben.I feel that Ben's success in Detroit was greatly do to the supporting cast around him. Their was chemistry among those guys. It will be interesting to see if that can be established with the Bulls.

uhmm.... it grew to become into paxson the final supervisor who ran eddy curry out of chicago, signed and traded chandler to new orleans, and traded aldridge for thomas. the only good area approximately it grew to become into eddy curry, he's so huge and additionally you will't even get an honest rebounding and block production from the guy, offensively he might have given the bulls a submit presence. yet I consider you concerning the recent concepts by employing their period in-between coach, Skiles might have executed that and he did no longer somewhat pushing the ball as rapid as a threat whilst perimeter pictures are not falling. They play 2 small guards available and that they might desire to apply their velocity.

It was much easier to hide Ben Wallace's limitations in Detroit than it will be in Chicago.

Not possible. They will be a good team but they will be not be as good as the Pistons were in the past few years. They might make it to the playoffs, but I doubt they get past the first or second round.
