This question has been asked before and here's the 'best answer':
"Your eyes do grow as you age, but only a little bit. This is why babies have such big eyes. The rest of their bodies is much smaller than a full grown adult, but their eyes are about the same size. So as you grow, your face and body get much bigger to 'catch up' with your eyes."
- Answer provided by Ask Dr. Universe
And from another Q&A site:
I read somewhere that when you're born, your eyes are the same size they'll be for the rest of your life; however, your ears (and possibly your nose?) continue to grow through your entire life. Is this true?
Answer from DR RODGERS:
Ears do tend to grow slightly throughout life - about 0.22mm a year in men over 30 (see BMJ pages here and here).... Eyes do grow between birth and puberty, I'm unsure whether or not they continue to grow into adult life. It seems unlikely that they would grow by any significant amount. They lie in a fixed space so further growth would result in them either popping out or crushing themselves out of existence."
And from personal experience:
In my teens my optician explained to me that my glasses prescription was getting gradually weaker because my eyes were still growing and I could expect to see improvement until my early twenties - he was right.

Its is amazing and pathetic at the amount of wrong answers people are so willing to post....especially in an information age such as today where literally any question you have can be answered in less than the time it takes to either
1) post the question itself and not only wait for a response, but trust in the answers given.......or
2) provide the INCORRECT answer for that question without first making sure you are providing factual information...........like so many of you have done here.
If you need validation so bad......seek therapy and leave the educating of others up to those who actually use factual info as a tool to accomplish that task.
human eyes grow rapidly in the womb and for the first three months after birth. That explains why babies are so adorably cute: Their disproportionately big eyes gaze out from those little round faces.
By three months, our eyes are as big as they'll ever be -- at least from outward appearances: The corneas have reached their full width, although inside the eyes, the neurobiologist notes, the front-to-back length will increase somewhat. Then our eyes move farther apart in the face as the head grows. And we'll never be that cute again.
So it may seem that the eyes stay the same size because the width does not grow anymore after the first 3 months of life outside the womb......but the eyes continue their growth inwardly from front to back for many more years into your teens. This information took less than 5 minutes to obtain.......Please make an effort to share factual information to others and stop the growth of ignorance and arrogance in the form of lazy "Know it alls" who feel they do not need to verify their knowledge as factual because they already know everything.....These kinds of people are worse than a pandemic and need to be eradicated. Have a nice day. Dont make me come back here.....lol

I believe the eyes are the only organ at their full size at birth.
I seem to recall that the ears and nose keep growing until death, but I could be mistaken.

I have heard it said about the eyes, but the ears and nose keep growing till you die. That's why older people sometimes seem to have large ears.

The otic capsule (cochlea and vestibule) located in the mastoid bone, as well as the ossicles (malleus, incus, and stapes) in the middle ear space are fully formed at birth.

i don't know but one thing that i found out recently which really amazed me was that we are born with out kneecaps and that they don't develop until we are @ 2 years of age, so i guess in some ways you could say that it doesn't grow from birth and for 2 years we don't ahve any!

That is wrong. Have you ever seen the ears or eyes of an infant?
