Which two diseases are you refering? Because there is so many diseases causing microbes. For example Haemophilus influenzae type B(Hib) can cause measles,whooping cough, chickenpox and meningitis. Escherichia Coli (E. coli) can cause death in children and the elderly. Tuberculosis is caused by Mycobacterium tuberculosis.
