www.weatherchannel.com
www.weather.com (this seems to be better in the WINTER, for snow fall and ice predictions. Also, their week ahead feature seems to be the most accurate for your zip code)
www.accuweather.com (this seems to be the most accurate for current to 48 hours in advance weather. However, during the winter, they do seem to be 1 inch to 1 1/2 inch off in their snow fall predictions.)
http://www.srh.noaa.gov/ (this is the national weather place. News channels such as NBC, CBS, and FOX all get weather from here, but I donno, it never seemed as good as accuweather to me) You can also access this from www.noaa.gov (noaa stands for National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration)

EDIT: and I would NOT under any circumstances download weather bug because it comes with multiple "free tools" that clutter up your computer and they are linked to forms of spyware. It is tedious to remove and ultimetly doesn't serve its purpose. If you have Mozilla Firefox, you can download forecast fox, which shows the weather in the lower right hand corner of your browser. It will show it for the current time, the evening (or the morning of the next day, if it is late in the day) and then the next day. Like right now, mine says : Now: sunny, 93 F[ it has a picture of a sun] Tues: 97 F [ it has a picture of a sun and a lighting cloud, indicating thunder storms] Wed: 85 F [with a picture of a thunder cloud] It also has a picture of a red octagon with an exclamation point, indicating a severe weather alert is issued in my area. You can click any where on this bar and it will send you to accuweather.com with your zip code pre-entered. (Note, all weather from Forecast Fox is from www.accuweather.com) https://addons.mozilla.org/firefox/398/

If you go to Yahoo.com and look for the link Weather you should then find a search engine that you can enter your city or zipcode. Your results should come up with an extended forecast and everything else you will need to know about your local weather.
