No and yes. The nature of your question is exactly the answer. In order to see music you must feel it. It is by feeling the music that one can witness it's presence.

I haven't seen music but I have felt it. Music is the only thing that can uplift me and help me destress. I have felt music when I am feeling a certain way and a song comes on that describes and talks exactly about how I feel. Then it's like wow someone knows exactly how I am feeling

God yes. A true musician can feel the music others make. Whenever I listen to classical music or anything I pay direct attention to the lyrics. If the lyrics aren't deep I don't care about the song. But for example Josh Groban. Anyone can get wrapped up in his world. It's just breathtaking to hear something great. That's what inspires everyone to make music.

Yes. When I am listening to music and I close my eyes, I can perceive the music as interlocking and coalescing patterns. But this is because I am a composer, and link music to all my senses. As for feeling: certainly anyone that has ever stood in front of a loud guitar amp or a symphony orchestra has felt the vibrations all through their bodies.
The visual aspects of music are very apparent in what is classically called 'program' music: Vivaldi's 'Four Seasons' is a fine example.
Music music, when it is done properly, is closely tied to our imaginations' ability to cross perceive music as visual stimulus.

I have seen and felt music. I am a piano player who learned by ear, then learned how to read. For years, my professor tried to get me to stop looking down at the piano while I played it. One day I explained to him why I looked down. The keys light up when I am supposed to play them. No, I don't have one of those light up keyboards. The keys have just always done that since the day I played my first song (by ear).
I can feel the music too. It can prompt me to move or even cry.
