There is no way to lose weight healthily fast!! In order to lose weight and keep the weight off, a gradual approach is far more effective. Simple ideas to get the ball rolling would be to walk more rather than taking the bus; snack on fruit rather than sweets or crisps and reduce the amount of time spent watching TV.

I am a 16yrs old female who was looking to lose fat ,a couple of months ago I came across tom venutos fat loss and muscle gain program for all ages and it is absolutely fantastic you can lose approx 2lbs of pure fat every week as well as tone up and gaining muscle if you wish,it costs $39 which converted to euro is 31.00,which is pretty cheap compared to the amount of money I forked out previously for supplements and crappy equipment!you should try it I did and now I have a smokin body(she says modestly)it has a guarantee so if it doesn't work for you you can get your money back, its an e-book so you don't have to pay by post,if you don't believe me simply google his name and you will find absolutely nothing but praise for his program, not only do you lose the fat but you lose it permanently! I recommend it 100%.there is also a book review of this program on www.discussbodybuilding.com just use the search tool and enter "burn the fat feed the muscle"or"tom venuto".you can purchase the program at www.burnthefat.com.good luck!

If you are losing weight really fast, then you're not doing it healthily.
If you want to lose weight effectively, you need to do it sensibly. That means eating less saturated fat, following a calorie controlled diet, drinking lots of water and taking regular exercise.
Consider joining a group like Weight Watchers who can advise you on this properly and can help monitor and motivate you towards weight loss.
The alternative is to starve yourself, or attempt to follow a fad "crash" diet that will potentially make you ill, even if it does help you lose weight fast.
Be patient and sensible about it and you'll get lasting results. At 16 you're still growing and you need nourishment to develop properly.

You don’t need to exercise for hours on end. Short, sharp sets of exercise will produce better results if you work hard. Get a bypassing rope, skip for two a few minutes, do push ups for a minute or so, skip for two minutes, rest first minute. Then change the push nearly something else like sit ups and also do the set again. Repeat it five times and it’s a rapid, effective workout that will get better results than a long operate or swim.

first cut all the junk food drink lots of water at least 3 liters every day do not eat anything after 8 at night cuz your metabolism becomes slower. try to eat things with protein and avoid sweets.
of course exercise is very important do cardio like running swiming .....try to do this at least 30 min every day. if you do this I promise that in less than 3 weeks you'll see a change in your body

Music allows you to eat more. According to a work by the journal Psychology and also Marketing, soft, classical tunes encourage one to take time over your dinner, so you consume more food. So, switch off – silence could make you more aware of what you’re adding your mouth.

Set performance-based goals. Always set yourself incrementally larger goals each week to ensure you’re engaged and have something to shoot for. Each little achievement is also a reward that you’re going in the best direction. From doing 10 more squats to mastering a whole new yoga pose, whatever floats your boat.
