the same happened to me. i play volleyball. you can use fair and white. its inexpensive and it evens out your complexion but go easy on it though otherwise you'll drastically look transparent if you overdo using it. there are soaps and lotions you use together to give you best results. and if you're going to use it make sure you use lots of sun screen. vaya con Dios!!!

If your brave, use a foundation a few shades lighter than your skin, but blend the hell out of it everywhere (past chin, into neck) so it dosnt look like your wearing a mask. Make sure it has a spf in it too to keep you from tanning anymore. If not their are some skin lightening creams (Paula's choice has a real good one) that you can use but you have to wear a sunscreen all the time to make it work. Good luck

1st use a lot of sunscreen to stop your skin from sun damage and tanning. Then try something like Mary Kay "Even Complexion Essence". It will even out your skin tone and get rid of any dark spots you have.

u CAN lighten your skin. if u have any asian friends, from japan or korea ask them about it. my asian friend here uses SKII a brand marketed i think only in hong kong but available online (its sort of expensive) and it lightens your skin. the reason why i say to ask those ppl is because its now the trend to have very white skin, and since they dont naturally, they use these creams on their face. its like lotion. other than a cream that bleaches ur skin, ull just have to stay out of the sun for a year or two before u go down in skin shade. i am naturally light skinned and stayed out of the sun as much as possible for two years, especially easy here in canada with the snowy weather, and after that time period i was pasty again.

It is sun exposure and you need to exfoliate. Clarins has a skin brightening exfoliator. You may want to try this or go for a micro abrasion, which is a more intense measure.

Suncreen (high SPF) and BUTTERMILK. I know, it sounds icky but it works. It worked for our grandmothers, it will work for us. Plus it makes you skin SOFT!

start wearing more sunblock - chemicals to lighten skin are harmful - you are safer to stay the color you are!

well, it depends if you have a tan or not. if you do have a tan than stay out of the sun as much as possible and use lots of sunscreen when you are out. if you arent very tan than there is really nothing you can do unless you want to get into the extreme( thats were Micheal Jackson can help you).
