You can with sunscreen. It blocks the harmful UV rays while still activating the melotonin in your skin.

No you can't get a tan while wearing sun block. If you want a tan without laying out in the sun, try Neutrogena Sunless Tanning Foam. It doesn't leave you orange or streaky. I use it a lot...LOVE it.

Definitely! Me and my friends get real tan, and we wear sunscreen... nor do we even tan! We just swim and stuff and wind up tan. I even wear 45! I don't even get why I tan so easily, because I'm almost completely Scandinavian, but whatever!

I don't think you can. Try sunscreen. Or if you want, you could
try Neutrgena spray tan or go somewhere where you can get a
tan airbrushed on you.
