my periods have never been normal, i will go mths without having a period. But for the past week and a half I have had really bad cramps and bloating in the lower stomach that makes you look bigger than normal and when i touch it of course hurts but it feels hard. I have taken midol and tried a heating pad but neither have worked. I have never had cramps and bloating this bad, why is this?

What concerns me is that you are having pain when you touch your stomach. This is not normal. Because of your history of irregular periods, I suggest going to your family doctor to get checked out. If you are sexually active you may have a tubal pregnancy. If you are not sexually active I am concerned that you could have an ovarian cyst or growth. The bloating and cramps also suggests something is really wrong. Cramps and bloating should not last longer than 2 to 3 days (when related to PMS), and should never cause pain like you are describing. You may also be having a digestive problem or blockage. Either way, get checked out as soon as possible.

If at anytime you have severe, sharp pain this is an emergency. If you develop a fever, bleeding, or feel faint, this is an emergency.

You need to see a doctor NOW.

There's a product called Nioxin that helps your hair develop back rapid. Additionally, taking coral calcium dietary supplements helps to velocity up hair AND nail development. Extensions being put for your hair also makes it grow rapid for some rationale. I would say put some extensions in if which you could find the money for it. Sally's magnificence give has real hair extensions for round 70$, in all specific colours, and they mixture fairly well. Another thing to check out is Biotin. It is an natural supplement that 1000s of individuals use for hair growth. Just right success with developing your hair out! I am hoping I helped!
