what elements are they made of?

Well I guess I'm worth millions because by pulling a few papers I can synthesize most of them. It's how research is done on Parkinson's, Alzheimer's, and other like diseases is done.

They're all organic so they're mostly Carbon with Nitrogen, Oxygen, Phosphorous, and a few halogens (Cl, Br) depending on which one you want.

If you want the chemical breakdown you're gonna have to pull things on metabolization of endorphins. Acetylcholine for example splits into the acetyl group and choline. then they reach the liver and are changed into something the body can get rid of (stick it onto something or chemically change it so it can be excrited from the body).
