I'm in field sales, and regularly call on customers every day. One customer (married man), who has a reputation for being arrogant and difficult, has been quite nice to me, smiles, laughter, flirting words and all. Is he interested in me or just being extra nice? How can I tell either way? Please help.

Why would you want this man to be interested in you. He is married and out of your words he is a flirt and arrogant, he probably thinks all he has to do is flirt or say the right words and every woman falls for him. I would never play into someone like this because to him this is a game.

If everyone knows him as being arrogant/difficult he must be a regular pain always seeking customer service. If he's trying to connect with you - he may be trying to get a discount with a smile. Watch out he may have issues you can't see on the outside.

Not sure, but it sounds like he may be attracted to you. But you don't want to mess with a married guy anyway do you??

If he's married, he is not worth your attention. Just a leech i guess. Ignore and move on. =)

If he's married and acting like that, don't get tangled with him.

If he is married...don't bolster his ego...or lead him to believe he could cheat on his wife.....do you really care what he thinks since he is married....Put yourself in his wifes shoes.....THINK!!
