It depends on where you wanna chat. Well since you are on Yahoo. Then you can just download E Yahoo messenger. Then go to any yahoo chatrooms of your choice. You can make friends with just any1 in there. If you wanna chat up with the same person again sumtime. You can always add her/him on your Yahoo messenger. Everytime when you login, you will be able to send msgs to them whether they r online or not. :)
