My mate is searching a film he saw when he was about 8 or so (approximately 20 years ago) he thinks it had Michael J Pollard in as, in my mate's words, 'a bit of a wierdo' and the line (said by Pollard) "I've got a little something for you ..." fruitless searches on google have left me at my wits end .. any clues?

search for actor Michael J Polard, nd it will bring up all his movies..now go back about 20, or 25 years, and look at the movies he was in at that time frame(should help, and gt results smaller than 2-or 3 movies...
