I was going to get iTunes, but I just got a new computer, so I don't want to get P2P software. So does anyone know if it is or not?

no it is not. iTunes is a program to listen to and BUY music from a company who owns the rights to songs. you will not get any viruses from iTunes, nor is it illegal to use iTunes.

No. And the problem with P2P is people who share files. Those are the ones that are going to get caught. However, I don't have a problem with people that download from a P2P source on occasion if they want something they bought from iTunes in another format for example.

No, it's not a P2P program. P2P programs are like Limewire and Bittorrent, the programs that illegally lets you share large files and stuff.
