No; just like almost everything the government does in this day and age, it would not be run well; and there would inevitably be rampant abuse.
Yahoo does a much better job of running forums such as this than the government ever could hope to do.

no, people will just abuse it, and beside some people have too much time an their hands and will ruin it for the rest of us
