The only reason a shark would ever attack anyone, would be if someone were bleeding heavily, or if maybe a shark mistook you for a seal of something. Being wet or dry has nothing to do with ever being attacked. They don't seek ppl out to eat, we rly don't taste good to them, but those are the only reasons a shark would attack a person.

that is not true at all. Most dangerous moments for the shark attack is when it is landed on boat and still alive. In that case you don`t have to be wet at all, but you must take care when handling a hooked and gaffed shark. Beware of teeth and tail especially!

Sharks seem to have a strong taste of blood. The water helps carry the smell of blood strongly enough to activate their senses. They will attack the object which they perceive contains the blood. In case a cut fish is held by hand in water, shark will tend to get it. However, the proximity may result in hand getting chopped off too.

dont be fooled!!!!! sharks are amphibious creatures that lurk on dryl and during certain times of day, they are very illusive ad have NEVER been caught on film, which is why this part of their biology is largely unkown to humanity. however i have seen them WITH MY OWN EYES, yes indeed i have they seem to like arborial life, living in trees and such only returning to water to swim and play, and hunt, some sharks enjoy land sport thiough, they usually attack when you have consumed a large amount of psilocybin or LSD and have never killed.
one night a few years ago i was in amsterdam and i was eating some "special paper" not 30 minutes after i had consumed the "paper" i was attacked from behind by 3 tree sharks and a dog with a ponytail. luckliy i survived to tell the tale and warn other curious types like yourself of the dangers that lurk in every nightmare.....................................

Because sharks live in water, and the only way for them to get to you, you would have to get in the water and water makes you wet.

This is not necessarily true. Sharks can jump out of the water, particularly great whites and bull sharks. If you are in a boat and you look tasty to him, there is a chance, albiet small, that he can jump on your boat and you will become his lunch.
