Me and my twin want to get our lips pierced like of to the side. Right now we have our belly buttons pierced and our nipples. Do you think that is trashy at all. Because we just love piercings. And we are not emo, freak or anything like that we are prep/girly

I love piercings too and I want my lip done as well, but it depends on what kind of lip you have. Full lips look good with them, thin lips are alright, in-betweens not so much. In order to make it look preppy to match your clothes, instead of a ring you could wear a stud. That looks really adorable on girls, and then it doesn't matter what kind of lips you have.

And to all of your on here, your insults are not warranted. Not everyone gets pierced for attention or to look "cool". Some people have a connection with piercings and tattoos and view them as art, which they are.

I'm all for lip peircing, and eye brow piercing, and tongue piercing, and nose piercing, and tattooing. It all identifies the wearer as being a thoughtless moron without even having to speak to them. Nipple piercing is, of course, another matter all together. Someone would have to get your bra off to notice, at which point your being a thoughtless moron will, in all likelyhood, no longer be an issue. I would suggest though, that with all that hardware in the way, you're probably denying yourself, and the individual who got your bra off, a great deal of pleasure.
As a final note, despite what I've said so far, I find belly button rings kinda sexy.

Personally (and this is just my opinion) I don't think you need to be pierced to be cool. It's a fad, and it will pass. Just be happy being yourself. And remember, even if you decide you don't want to be pierced any more the holes are forever. Like many people I got pierced back in the day, but gave away my piercing toys ages ago. Now I have a number odd little puckered scars to show for it, but I'm happier without the excess metal dangling from the holes in my head.

I have a vertical labret piercing. I, too, am prep/girly. I think lip piercings are only trashy when a person, in general looks trashy. You do not have to be into emo/hardcore/screamo/etc to be into piercings. I say go for it. And look into the vertical labret. It's a newer piercing and in my books, much better than a normal lip piercing. Normal lip piercings (labret, madonna, medusa) are oral piercings and are more likely to damage your gums and teeth. Vertical labrets do not touch your teeth unless you are playing with it.

Get your lip pierced! It is great and it does not hurt. Not to mention, I myself, think it is very attractive. I am 15 and I just got mine done yesterday. I got two; one on the left and one on the right. You will not regret it. You do not have to be emo, a freak, or prepy/girly. Just be yourself. Not to mention piercings in general are a great way to show who you are, along with tattoos.

Ive had 2 at different times,upper and lower lip. Just make sure you want it definately,because the 2 that Ive had 2 take out for different reasons ( work etc) have left 2 nasty little scars that arent getting any nicer.

You can generally tell a hooker by her actions..
I have never seen a prostiture that didn't have a tatoo or a body piercing..
The person that does this has a very low opinion of themselves, They are actually saying " Hey, Look At me ""
It is also very dangerous, You can get a very bad infection. For this reason alone, It is very stupid.

I think it's a good way to get an infection. Your mouth is a really dirty place. No, I don't mean the words coming out of it, but all of the germs swishing around inside of it.

Sorry no offence but lip piercings will make you either look like a punk or a hoe...so if you're going to pierce your lips choose one...

Eew piercings are just a way to express indivviduality soon everyone ill have them and you'll be an individual not to have it done so don't do it
